Participates in community planning related to the interests of the residents and their needs. Meets with residents/families as necessary and in a private setting. Responsible for daily arrangement of rooms and furniture to accommodate planned programs. Performs administrative requirements, such as completing necessary forms, reports, etc., and submits such to the Activity Director Meets with residents on-on-one to offer support, answer questions, and solve issues. Assists in completion of programs developed to improve a resident's psychosocial wellbeing Transportation of residents to and from scheduled activities in skilled nursing facility Active involvement with performing scheduled actvitities Involves the resident in planning Creative Arts Programs when possible. Drives company vehicles and assists transportation department when necessary. Assists with community-wide functions such as picnics and parties. Responsibilities
