Description Activities Assistant – Part Time The Gardens at Columbine is looking for a dependable and energetic Activities Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position working Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with the ability to pick up weekend shifts as needed. In this role, you will plan and lead engaging group activities for our residents across all levels of care, including assisted living and memory care. You'll play a direct role in the daily quality of life for the people we serve. Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday | Weekend availability as needed Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour Benefits: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Retirement Plan with Employer Match Paid Time Off (PTO) & Sick Leave (in accordance with Colorado HFWA) Free On-Site Meals Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate scheduled group activities for residents Adapt programming to meet the needs of residents across all care levels Support a positive, engaging environment for all participants Maintain accurate activity attendance and documentation Collaborate with the Activities Director and care team Requirements: No prior experience required — we will train the right person Genuine interest in working with older adults Reliable, punctual, and a team player Ability to work weekends when needed Why Join Us: The Gardens at Columbine is a senior living community committed to enriching the lives of our residents every day.
