About the Role As a Slide Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of guests using the water slide. You will monitor slide operations, enforce safety rules, assist with pool area cleanliness, and contribute to an overall positive experience for all visitors. This role requires attentiveness, strong communication skills, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Key Responsibilities * Operate the top of the water slide and manage guest flow. * Enforce all water slide rules to ensure a safe experience. * Clearly communicate safety instructions and respond to guest inquiries. * Sanitize the slide deck and surrounding pool facility as assigned by the pool manager. * Assist in running activities and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere. * Remain alert and responsive to any safety concerns or guest needs. Working Conditions This role involves guest interaction, activity leadership, recreation programming, and retail support. Many campground activities, crafts, recreation programs, and events are conducted outdoors, requiring comfort working in varying weather conditions. Weekend shifts and peak-season schedules are common.
