We're looking for a Activities Attendant to elevate our service standards and enhance the guest experience at our vibrant coastal resort. Job Description Join the vibrant and friendly Activities team at Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort! We're seeking an energetic, fun, and quirky individual to help create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you'll: Plan, coordinate and host a variety of exciting activities like Putt Putt, Trivia and Bike Tours. Assist guests with equipment hire and usage, including kayaks, catamarans, and bikes. Ensure the health and safety of guests while using our fantastic facilities. General upkeep of the Activities area and our stunning pool, ensuring they remain clean, organised and welcoming. If you're passionate about making every moment at the resort special, we'd love to hear from you! Qualifications We're looking for someone who is a true people person - someone not afraid to approach guests, start warm conversations, and make everyone feel at ease. What we're looking for: Previous experience working with children in day-care, camp, or an educational setting is preferred. Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including weekends. A current Working with Children Blue Card. CPR and First Aid certifications are beneficial (but can be obtained if successful). A qualification in sport and recreation is desirable but not essential.
