They are organized and efficient while being able to speak with and work with guests and ensure they have a memorable experience. This position will play a key role in operations. This is a wonderful opportunity for a curious and active person to join the exciting world of hospitality and experiences. Setting up and breaking down areas for all weekly classes. Organizing and cleaning the activity storage areas. Communicating with management low stock of necessary supplies and equipment. Printing the necessary documents needed for classes. Maintaining open lines of communication with other departments throughout the hotel. Assist with tasks related to each Experience. Detailed knowledge of all programs, activities, and experiences, and be able to speak with both guests and other hotel team members.
