Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and deliver a vibrant calendar of activities that promote independence, purpose, and joy.
  • Champion creativity—from storytelling sessions to arts and crafts, and movement-based activities tailored to older adults.
  • Manage and maintain stock of materials and equipment within a set budget, ensuring resources are always available for spontaneous fun.
  • Contribute to quality care, aligning with CQC Essential Standards and supporting residents’ emotional and social well-being.
