Activities Coordinator
25 to 30 hours per week over a 7 day period
Planning and Implementing Activities: Developing a variety of activities, events, and outings that are engaging and relevant to the residents’ interests and needs. Creating Activity Schedules: Developing and maintaining a calendar of activities, ensuring a mix of different types of activities and events. Promoting Participation: Encouraging residents to participate in activities and offering support and encouragement to make it enjoyable. Managing Resources: Overseeing the budget, ordering supplies, and ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are available.
Evaluating Activities: Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of activities and programs, gathering feedback from residents, and making adjustments as needed. Communicating with Residents: Regularly interacting with residents to learn their preferences, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
