ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Our ideal Activities Co-ordinator will:

  • have a strong interest in working in adult care services and have a desire to make a real difference
  • be creative, enthusiastic, compassionate and caring
  • have a full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle and/or be willing to drive the Foundation’s vehicles
  • be able to be directed by residents who use our services to bespoke their activities to their needs
  • be flexible and able to meet the working pattern required by this role.
Responsibilities

Can you co-ordinate and deliver activities and entertainment to suit various interests and abilities? Are you passionate about enriching the lives and experiences of residents in our care home to promote their physical, emotional and social well-being whilst making them happy?
In this extremely rewarding position, you will play an important role in enhancing the quality of life and wellbeing of our residents by encouraging them to participate in a wide range of activities and social events!
We are offering our Activities Co-ordinator full time hours (37.5 hours per week) on £24,166 per annum.
