SUMMARY

We are seeking an Activities Coordinator to join our team at Astley Care Homes Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging activity programs tailored to the preferences of our residents. Your efforts will enhance the quality of life for our residents, ensuring they enjoy their time in our care.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in a similar role within a nursing or residential care setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with residents, families, and staff.
  • A passion for working with seniors and understanding their unique needs.
  • Ability to plan and organize activities that promote well-being and enjoyment.
  • Knowledge of dementia care practices is an advantage.

Responsibilities
