Description

CONTRACTED HOURS: 20

Our private care home in Hampshire offers Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care for up to 66 residents. We provide a warm, welcoming environment where every resident can enjoy a fulfilling and enriched lifestyle.
Are you passionate about making a real difference? We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Activities Coordinator who loves bringing joy and engagement to the lives of older people. You’ll be sociable, organised, and full of ideas to help our residents thrive. This role is about more than just arranging activities – it’s about creating meaningful connections and tailoring experiences to each resident’s preferences and abilities, including those with dementia and complex care needs.

ABOUT US

Our care home is part of Care Concern Group, a family-owned, market-leading provider with over 100 care homes across the UK. We are committed to outstanding, person-centred care and creating workplaces where our teams are supported to grow and thrive.
Our five core values — Trust, Respect, Passion, Kindness, and Inclusivity — guide everything we do. If you share these values and want to make a real impact, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities

You will design, organise, and lead a varied programme of activities that keep residents active, stimulated, and socially engaged. Your work will encourage residents to maintain hobbies and try new experiences in a supportive setting. You’ll build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure activities reflect individual interests and abilities. Accurate documentation and ongoing evaluation of activities will help us continually improve our residents’ quality of life.
