As a key ambassador of Seafields by Bishop Gadsden—both within our community and across the Charleston area—you’ll design and deliver engaging programs that foster connection, wellness, and lifelong learning. What You’ll Do Plan and implement a dynamic calendar of cultural, educational, and recreational events Collaborate with residents to bring their ideas to life through clubs, committees, and feedback Build partnerships with local organizations to enhance lifestyle offerings Host guest speakers, coordinate outings, and manage on-site events Maintain digital calendars, promotional materials, and event communications Safely transport residents to off-site activities and community events Oversee volunteers and support interdepartmental collaboration for seamless execution Promote resident well-being and serve as a resource for in-house services Requirements What We’re Looking For: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) 3–5 years’ experience in senior services, hospitality, or lifestyle programming preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event-related technologies Valid SC driver’s license in good standing Why Join Seafields?
