We are seeking an Activities Director to join our team at Sebright House Care Home. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through engaging and meaningful activities. The Activities Director will be responsible for planning and implementing programs that promote social interaction and personal growth.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a care home or senior living environment.
  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively with residents, families, and staff.
  • A compassionate approach to care with a focus on enhancing residents’ quality of life.
  • Knowledge of dementia care practices is highly desirable.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and lead group activities successfully.
