Aisling House, a family-run nursing home near Arklow, Co. Wicklow, is seeking full-time Activities Coordinators to enhance residents’ quality of life through engaging programmes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a similar role, particularly with older people.
• Familiarity with HIQA standards (desirable).
• FETAC/QQI Level 5 qualification.
• Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills.

• Organize and lead individual and group activities (arts, crafts, music, sports, sensory stimulation, etc.).
• Tailor activities to residents’ interests and abilities.
• Gather feedback to improve programmes.
