Duties:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate activities for residents in a senior living community
• Develop and implement programs that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed
• Manage the activity schedule to ensure a variety of engaging options for residents
• Provide counseling and support to residents and their families regarding aging issues
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a supportive and inclusive community environment
• Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress

Qualifications:

• CNA licensed preferred
• Experience working with seniors or in a similar role is highly desired
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess individual needs and develop personalized activity plans
• Knowledge of aging issues and resources available for seniors
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
