Responsibilities

Promote wellness, independence, social connections and recreation activities based on the needs and interests of our residents. Assist in the design, implementation and evaluation of meaningful activity programs that engage and connect our residents and aligns with their choices. Assist in the organisation of social and recreational activities.
We are looking for a part-time Activities Officers to empower and engage with our Residents to maximise their participation in Leisure and Lifestyle programs.

Our focus for residents is what best suits their individual needs and wants, our Activities officers facilitate this through:

  • Participation in the development, implementation and assessment of therapeutic plans
  • Supporting residents to engage in their leisure and lifestyle choices and activities
  • Supporting staff and volunteers in provision of leisure and lifestyle programs
