    As an Activities Officer you’ll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our clients.

Your tasks will include:

  • Assist in the implementation of programs that meet the spiritual, physical, social and psychological needs of all residents
  • Implementation of programs that meet group needs whilst satisfying the individual needs of each resident
  • Report any changes in resident behaviours to your immediate Supervisor
  • Document daily levels of participation in activities
  • Assist in the introduction of new residents to the Facility in a manner that will make them feel comfortable in their participation and ensure that their needs, such as medical and dietary, are met

Responsibilities

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Home & Community Care desirable
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
  • Current Police Screening Certificate
  • Be vaccinated against Influenza & have at least 1 dose of Covid-19 vaccine
  • Good computer and mobile device skills
  • LR Licence for driving centre bus
