Job Description   Assesses, plans, implements and documents individual and group activities geared towards facilitating the rehabilitation of patient disorders. Job Responsibility   1.Plans and implements individual and group activities geared to facilitate the rehabilitation of patient disorders.  2.Provides group members with the opportunity to engage in activities, which promote socialized behaviors.  3.Provides documentation and feedback on patient participation in the activities program and participates in case conferences with other staff members.  4.May coordinate activities on individual inpatient floors.  5.Assesses program needs and prepares orders for supplies. Maintains inventory of program supplies to ensure availability on demand.  6.Continually evaluates guidelines to maintains consistency and achieve optimal performance. Advises supervisor of recommended changes.  7.Performs related duties, as required.   Job Qualification   •Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Sociology or related Behavioral Health field, required. •Minimum of one (1) years related work experience to ensure familiarity with a variety or recreational therapy and/or rehabilitation modalities preferred *Additional Salary Detail  The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).
