Overview Anchor Home is seeking an entry level Activities Team Lead who is dependable, organized, patient, and devoted. The Team Lead will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering community integration activities, life skills training, and vocational training for clients with intellectual disabilities in the community development services program. Key Responsibilities Develop personalized activity calendars for clients which reflect staff schedules, medical appointments, and client preferences Support clients with achieving personal and vocational goals, such as building life skills and obtaining employment Record daily progress notes, attendance, goals, and activity entries Conduct reviews of staff activity entries for completeness and accuracy Coordinate transportation for clients and assist with transporting clients from residence to activities Promote positive relationships with individuals, businesses, and organizations in the community through outings and activities Routinely conduct check-in with clients' employers or volunteer supervisors Provide direct care as needed Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm Requirements: High School Diploma or College Degree. Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required (this is a driving-intensive position). First Aid and CPR Certification required Certified Medication Technician (CMT) license preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Self-starter who is comfortable working independently in the field. Flexibility, patience, and a strong commitment to community inclusion. Leadership: 1 year (Preferred).
