Title: Activities/Transportation Coordinator Job Duties: The Activities Assistant/Transport Coordinator will serve multiple duties regarding the therapeutic care and transportation needs of the people we serve. The Activities Assistant/Transport Coordinator provides facility staff with driving services such as transporting persons served to doctors’ appointments and recreational activities, running errands, and picking up and transporting admission/discharge persons served. This position requires the ability and desire to work with a diverse group of individuals respectfully and professionally. The Activities Assistant/Transport Coordinator will also be responsible for assisting in providing the therapeutic milieu by monitoring and communicating with persons served and assisting in crisis intervention. Schedule: Full-Time Qualifications: 18 years of age or older and a valid CA driver's license. Clean driving record. High School Diploma / GED. Prior experience providing activities or other types of group treatment preferred. Services focus on skilled nursing, along with specific clinical programming addressing behavioral needs. The facility is near the freeway and surrounded by shopping and restaurants. The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
