We’re looking for a Activities Worker to join our Well-being Team who is warm, friendly, and passionate about enhancing the lives of the people who live at Alba Rose and those who use our Day Care Service. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our care home community—organising engaging activities, offering companionship, and helping create a joyful, supportive environment where everyone feels valued and loved.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Spend quality time with residents, offering emotional support and companionship
• Plan and lead fun, meaningful activities that promote wellbeing and connection
• Encourage participation and help residents stay active and engaged
• Work closely with our care team to ensure every resident feels seen, heard, and appreciated
