Apply today and help our residents heal, connect, and thrive Qualifications Activities Aide (in other centers this may be called a Life Enrichment Coordinator) Prior experience as an Activity Aide in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Intermediate Care Facility (ICF), or Assisted Living Facility (ALF) is strongly preferred. Candidates with related experience in recreational therapy or in providing structured, therapeutic activities for cognitively impaired or elderly populations will be considered. This includes engaging residents in meaningful life enrichment programs and leading group activities or individual one-on-one sessions. The ideal candidate is outgoing, compassionate, and skilled at creating a welcoming environment that encourages resident involvement and participation. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) or patient documentation systems is preferred. Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED). Responsibilities
