For more information, please go to our website: www.generationsoakton.com Responsibilities of the Part Time Activity Aide: The Activity Aide will be responsible for providing interactive and enjoyable activities for our residents Assist in planning, developing, organizing programs and events Play games and make crafts with mobile residents Visit bed residents on a one-to-one basis Participate in resident assessment and discharge planning May assist with resident mail delivery Requirements of the Part Time Activity Aide: High School Diploma or G.E.D. Computer Graphic skills big plus Creative and Artistically inclined helpful Experience in Long-Term Care and Dementia preferred Positive, energetic and engaging demeanor Must speak and read English High level of confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding of older adults Equal Opportunity Employer
