Description Facility: Sylva Valley Health & Rehab (Skilled Nursing Facility) Job Type: Full-Time (Part-Time considered) Schedule: Days with occasional evenings/weekends for events (discussed during interview) About the role Sylva Valley Health & Rehab is hiring an Activity Assistant who is outgoing, dependable, and loves working with people. You’ll help bring energy to our building by assisting with group activities, 1:1 visits, and special events that improve residents’ quality of life. This is a great role for someone with a big personality, strong empathy, and a heart for seniors. Responsibilities

The Activity Assistant will be responsible for bringing energy to the facility by assisting with daily group activities, one-on-one visits, and supporting special events to enhance residents' quality of life. This includes creating activity calendars, tracking participation, and collaborating with other departments to meet resident needs.
