ROLE SUMMARY:

As a Conifox Team Member, you’ll perform a vital role on the front line of our exciting family friendly business, ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable, positive, and safe experience whilst visiting our facilities. Weekend and school holidays availablity are essential.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing a high-level of service in a fast-paced environment to customers visiting our Activity Centre, Adventure Park, or Events (when necessary)
• Greeting customers and checking/selling tickets; use of systems
• Setting up and maintaining the areas in which you are positioned
• Clearing any hazards and controlling entry and exit of customers from our various outlets
• Ensuring good time management running the sessions indoors & outdoors
• Providing information to and interacting with visitors who have any queries.
• Reporting coded situations professionally and accurately
• Running children’s parties within the play areas
