We are seeking proactive, dynamic, and enthusiastic Activity Instructors to support the delivery of a wide range of outdoor, teamwork and leadership activities. You’ll work alongside our Lead Activity Instructor, stepping in when demand arises to help deliver high-quality sessions for a variety of internal and external groups.
You will be actively involved in both land and water-based activities, with a strong emphasis on developing transferable life skills such as communication, resilience, and teamwork. Your work will play a key role in supporting the personal growth, behaviour, and attitudes of our customers.
