If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dedicated team as an Activity Co-ordinator at the Riverside Centre in Hillingdon Hospital.
We welcome individuals who can draw on their unique creative strengths to design engaging, recreational experiences that support and motivate patients throughout their recovery.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
Good communication skills: verbal and written, English to GCSE or equivalent
Experience in facilitating groups and individual activities
Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment
Demonstrate an understanding of the needs and experiences of individuals with severe and enduring mental health conditions

To provide interventions with personal recovery principles in order to improve the service users’ quality of life and to support them to do the things they want to do and live the life they want to lead.
To facilitate a programme of social, creative and skills-based activities to both individuals and groups which promotes social inclusion for service users.
To work closely with the Multi Disciplinary Team (MDT) in leading on the facilitation of client centred activities.
