Egypt Education Platform is excited to offer the position of Activity Coordinator at Madinaty Integrated Language School. The Activity Coordinator will play a key role in developing, organizing, and managing a diverse range of extracurricular activities aimed at enhancing student engagement, social skills, and overall well-being. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement a variety of extracurricular programs, clubs, and events that cater to students' interests across different age groups. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and external providers to ensure that activities are enriching, safe, and enjoyable. Monitor and assess student participation and feedback to make improvements and adaptations to the activity offerings. Supervise students during organized activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Plan and coordinate logistics for events, including scheduling, resource allocation, and communication with participants and parents. Promote activities through effective marketing strategies within the school community to encourage student involvement. Maintain records of participation, budgets, and outcomes, providing regular reports on activity effectiveness. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Recreation Management, or a related field. Experience in organizing and leading extracurricular activities or events in an educational setting. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a detail-oriented approach. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to connect with students and staff. Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships within the school community.
