The Ridge Foothill is looking for a strong Activity Director who can lead a dynamic department and create meaningful experiences for the residents who call our community home. This role is perfect for a leader who isn’t afraid to set clear expectations, hold a team accountable, and inspire staff to do their best work—all while ensuring our residents enjoy engaging, purposeful, and fun daily programming.
