Description Facility: Sylva Valley Health & Rehab (Skilled Nursing Facility) Job Type: Full-Time (Part-Time considered) About the role Sylva Valley Health & Rehab is hiring an Activity Director who is high-energy, outgoing, and loves engaging others. This position leads our activities program and helps create a warm, lively environment for residents through meaningful group and 1:1 programming. Occupational Therapists (OT) or Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTA) are welcome to apply—especially if you enjoy resident engagement and program leadership.
