Job Description Are you a positive, upbeat, and self-starting individual who finds joy in enriching the lives of older adults? We are seeking a mature, reliable Activity Assistant with a great attendance record to join our Memory Care team. Our community specializes in person-centered programming for residents with memory impairment. We use both hands-on engagement and technology-based tools to create meaningful experiences and to track resident participation and outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily activities that nourish the mind, body, and soul Facilitate group programs for 8–20 residents Lead light exercise classes each day Support individualized, resident-centered engagement Use technology to assist with programming and track resident involvement Create a warm, supportive, and joyful environment Qualifications High school graduate, some college preferred Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar senior living or memory care setting Positive, upbeat attitude with strong initiative Self-starter who works well independently and with a team Mature, reliable, and dependable with excellent attendance High energy with the physical ability to lead daily movement activities High degree of personal responsibility to ensure program success Ability to accompany resident on field trips off property Compassionate, patient, and engaging with residents Additional Information If you are passionate about making a meaningful difference and bringing joy to residents through purposeful programming, we would love to hear from you.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
