📍Placement: Candidates must be open to being placed in either Jakarta or Surabaya Responsibilities: Supervise 7–8 Senior Coaches across branches and ensure smooth daily operation Maintain quality and safety standards in all activities Handle branch admin (scheduling, documentation, logistics) Report on performance, challenges, and improvement plans to the Regional Manager Act as the communication bridge between branches and HQ Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members Qualifications: 3–5 years of supervisory experience in multi-branch settings (e.g., education, coaching, retail) Skilled in operations, admin, and team coordination across 5+ locations Strong reporting and problem-solving abilities Able to support training and onboarding processes Proficient in basic data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets) and time management Preferred: Experience in coaching academies, fitness centers, or education programs
