Description

The Candidate will be required to research & resolve ADM received for US Market. Should have good understanding of Travel Business in order to do root cause analysis of the ADM's The candidate should have good knowledge of various GDS displays and must be able to analyze and interpret PNR and Fare Rules Candidate will be required to follow-up with GDS & Airlines to clear pending ADM dispute E2E Travel Process knowledge Self Starter with ability to multitask

Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for researching and resolving ADM (Airline Debit Memos) received for the US Market, requiring a strong understanding of the Travel Business for root cause analysis. This involves following up with GDS and Airlines to clear pending ADM disputes from end-to-end.
