***HIRING IMMEDIATELY*** $15.00 per hour pay - 20 hours per week Schedule will include weekends and holidays as well as 1-2 flex days during the week Somerfield Health Center at The Heritage at Brentwood is currently seeking a part-time Activity Partner to assist with overall planning implementation of various recreational activities designed to meet the needs of our health center senior residents. Somerfield at The Heritage is a 5-star, 66-bed skilled nursing facility located on the beautiful campus of The Heritage at Brentwood. Responsibilities

The Activity Partner assists the Activities Director in planning and implementing recreational activities tailored to the needs and interests of senior residents in a skilled nursing and assisted living facility. Responsibilities include reviewing resident needs, directing resident movement, and maintaining accurate participation logs and progress documentation.
