We’re looking for an Activity Support Worker (Waking Nights) to join our vibrant team at our purpose-built outdoor lodge in Chester. You’ll support children and young people with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and mental health needs through therapeutic outdoor-based activities that promote confidence, joy, and wellbeing.
This is more than a care role – it’s a chance to work in nature, inspire others, and make a genuine impact every single day.

• Deliver person-centred support in an outdoor-focused environment
• Lead and assist with engaging activities like art, music, nature walks, adventure play, and sports
• Work closely with young people with Autism and Learning Disabilities
• Help build confidence, independence, and emotional resilience through meaningful experiences
• Keep accurate records and always uphold safeguarding procedures
