The Actuarial Analyst will support the In-force Management team in delivering accurate and timely actuarial analysis across reinsurance, crediting rate governance, and in-force portfolio monitoring. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and actuarial best practices while contributing to business performance and governance. Job Responsibilities / Phạm vi công việc Act as the first gatekeeper for BAU topics, ensuring the scope aligns with company strategy and that data is accurate and complete before any review. Contribute to reinsurance strategy development and ecosystem design, providing analytical insights to optimize structures and processes. Support reinsurance activities, including data preparation, experience analysis, treaty review and approval, and treaty performance monitoring. Assist in crediting rate management for Universal Life and Pension products, ensuring compliance with governance policies. Maintain actuarial policies and procedures and ensure all work meets internal control and audit standards. Prepare reports and presentations for internal committees (e.g., RECO, ALCO) and regulatory submissions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Risk, Underwriting) to provide actuarial input for business initiatives. Participate in ad-hoc actuarial investigations and projects as assigned. Job Requirements / Yêu cầu Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or a related field. Progress in actuarial exams (SOA, IFoA, or equivalent) preferred. 0–3 years of actuarial experience in life insurance or related fields. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel and actuarial software; programming skills (e.g., VBA, Python, R) are a plus. Good communication and collaboration skills.
