ACTUARIAL ANALYST

We have an exciting opportunity for Actuarial Analyst to join our Sydney based team on a permanent full-time basis. The Actuarial Analyst will provide actuarial, analytical and technical support to the Actuarial Results team.

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of:

  • Consolidated valuation results from Consumer, Commercial, Workers’ Compensation and CTP.
  • Monthly Actuarial Results including accounting journals for Finance
  • Quarterly and Annual APRA forms
  • Asbestos Valuation report
  • Consolidated Actuarial Valuation Reports for AAI
  • Risk Margin and Claims Handling Expense Reviews

Actuarial, analytical and technical support includes:

  • Data preparation, validation and analysis
  • Design or assessment of the reasonableness and suitability of models and results prepared
  • Documentation of processes, analysis and investigations undertaken
  • Preparation of reports to present results.
