Maintain accurate, controlled records and documentation for treaties and facultative placements. Administer and monitor contract terms, limits, and renewals, ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations. Prepare recurring reinsurance financial reports and reconciliations, including premium and claims bordereaux. Coordinate with internal teams and reinsurers to implement placements, resolve issues, and support settlements. Accurate, timely postings and supporting calculations with clear audit trails. On‑schedule, validated bordereaux and recurring reinsurance financial reports and reconciliations. Reconciled accounts and settlements aligned with counterparties’ statements. Complete, current contract files and documentation. High accuracy and interpretation risk that can lead to disputes, delayed recoveries, or misstated balances. Tight timelines and dependency on inputs from internal and external parties causing bottlenecks and rework. Compliance and control exposure due to gaps in documentation, approvals, or adherence to policies and regulations. 4 – Resource pool Become part of the Finance resource pool and assist in other finance and actuarial tasks according to the secondary function assignment Actuarial and financial reports, papers, and commentary Time management and resiliency Key Decisions/Dimensions Decisions Quantifiable Data Related to Job Determine priorities, set objectives and procedures to accomplish goals for the actuarial analytics function and other actuarial/finance functions.
