SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate Acupuncturist to join our team at Kinective Massage & Wellness. Located in Terrace Plaza by the Capilano Mall, this role is essential in providing transformative healing experiences to our clients while contributing to a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.

DESCRIPTION:

• Provide acupuncture services within the scope of practice allowed by the contractors governing body.
• Consult with clients about their symptoms, medical history, and desired results
• Assessing patients to make diagnoses.
• Analyzing physical findings and medical records to make a diagnosis.
• Developing treatment plans.
• Treat and prevent diseases, disorders and dysfunctions using methods based on the holistic principles of traditional Chinese medicine and by stimulating acupuncture points
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and physical therapists, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Valid certification as an Acupuncturist in Canada.
• Strong knowledge of patient care practices and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
