Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) Volusia County, FL | Inpatient-Focused Role | New Grads Welcome A well-established, physician-led cardiology practice serving Volusia County is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to support its growing cardiovascular services across local hospitals and a community-based clinic. This role is ideal for an APP who enjoys acute, hospital-based cardiology care with some continuity through outpatient follow-up. About the Practice The group provides comprehensive cardiovascular care and diagnostic services throughout Volusia County and is supported by a large, collaborative team of cardiologists, Advanced Practice Providers, and clinical staff. The practice has deep roots in the community and continues to expand its inpatient footprint. Role Overview Provide general cardiology care primarily within affiliated hospitals Limited outpatient clinic involvement to support continuity of care Inpatient rounding, consults, and collaboration with cardiology physicians Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule Weekend coverage approximately once per month Employment Details W-2 employed position Competitive compensation with a full benefits package Performance and/or additional incentives available Candidate Profile Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (board certified) Cardiology experience preferred but not required Strong consideration given to new graduates with cardiovascular RN backgrounds Active, unrestricted NP or PA license (Florida or eligible) Team-oriented, reliable, and committed to high-quality patient care
