Assess and document patient responses to treatment, adjusting care plans as necessary. Communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care and patient outcomes. Educate patients about their condition and treatment options, responding to their questions empathetically. Perform pre-treatment checks on dialysis machines and maintain equipment in accordance with safety protocols. Report incidents and concerns to the RN Supervisor or CEO as needed. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional patient care and support one another. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Active state licensure with a clean record. At least one year of RN experience, with a minimum of six months in nephrology. Current BLS/CPR certification from an accredited organization. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills. Commitment to ongoing education in nephrology. Ability to lift and assist patients and equipment safely. Physical and Mental Demands: Requires prolonged periods of standing and frequent heavy lifting (up to 200 lbs with assistance). Potential exposure to infectious diseases and biohazards in a healthcare environment. Must be able to travel between hospital locations and work varied shifts. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential. Adherence to proper body mechanics is crucial in preventing injuries.
