We are seeking a talented and versatile Ad Developer to join our dynamic Creative Team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end creation of compelling ad creatives, including video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to produce high-impact assets that drive engagement and conversions across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce engaging video ads, motion graphics, and static creatives for web, social media, and mobile campaigns.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and platforms to streamline workflows, boost creativity, and optimize output.
  • Edit raw video footage by adding effects, transitions, sound, and graphics to deliver polished final products.
  • Create visually compelling motion graphics and animations that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Design static banners, thumbnails, and other digital assets for advertising and promotional use.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and product managers to ensure creative assets align with campaign goals and brand standards.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the quality and effectiveness of ad creatives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Create custom video transitions, text animations, and visual effects independently, without relying on commercial templates.
