Description:

REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in ICT systems engineering or related field.
- A current working with Children check
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere, and Hyper-V.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, and routers.
- Good understanding of cloud technologies, including IaaS, and SaaS.
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex hardware and software issues.

Responsibilities:
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Successful Service Desk Analysts will become regular assets for the Accucom team to engage with for ad hoc project work. The Analyst will have to attend client sites and provide highly professional and timely communication directly with Education-based clients. the project work will include desktop support and troubleshooting, infrastructure installation as well Networking and more as required by the client in order to provide the promised solution. You must be experienced in MSP environments and able to acquire a working with children check.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise with both clients and Accucom’s service delivery team regarding solution implementation.
- professionally engaging with clients clearly and concisely.
- Following communication procedures and ensuring transparency throughout
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to infrastructure and networking
- Maintain accurate notes and keep the Service Delivery Team up to date
- provide on-site support for clients by maintaining infrastructure.
- Ensure that all work is performed per Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
