Description
As an Ad Operations Account Manager, you'll oversee client communications and the end-to-end execution of our advertising portfolio — translating Truvid's strategic goals and KPIs into daily operations, maintaining account health, surfacing growth opportunities, and championing performance standards internally. Your hands-on work and data-driven decisions will have a direct impact on the company’s growth, impact and dominance. 🔄 WHAT YOU'LL DO Scaling & Optimization Define and execute scaling strategies per partner — identifying growth opportunities while maintaining account health and industry benchmarks, and bringing forward ideas, tests, and plans to drive measurable uplifts. Own partner integrations end-to-end, leading the integration flow of your managed partners into Truvid's demand stack. Operational Excellence Initiate performance testing & POC’s for new and existing optimization strategies Act as a point of truth regarding all partner documentation and process behaviour - including and not limited to: best practices, reporting, data alignment Spot recurring workflow gaps and operational challenges before they become problematic. Drive scalable process improvements that create efficiency across the team Product & Platform Feedback Surface insights from campaign performance, customer feedback, and competitive observations. Partner with Product and R&D to improve platform usability, tooling, and automation over time. Synchronize partner platform data with our internal systems to provide full transparency into pitfalls, errors and growth opportunities. 🎯 REQUIREMENTS 2 years of experience in AdOps roles or similar. High priority to someone from video Experience with cross optimization on DSPs or SSPs - a must (non negotiable) Strong understanding of the programmatic landscape and full ad cycle Mother tongue english or equivalent - must Demonstrated ability to drive performance against defined KPIs and deliver measurable outcomes.
