Description

WebHealth Network Media has an immediate opening to join our Digital Ad Operations team in Toronto.
The Ad Operations Coordinator will be a key fixture in the implementation of our digital media campaigns across a range of client accounts. You will be a point person for campaign trafficking and troubleshooting. The Ad Operations Coordinator will effectively coordinate and communicate operational needs to provide a technical liaison with our digital media planners.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

· Experience with ad serving technology (IE: Google Ad Manager, DBM/DV360, Google Analytics, Centro Basis)
· Knowledge of digital media channels and formats available to advertisers in US.
· Understanding of Digital Ad Serving fundamentals with basic knowledge of HTML, JS, CSS etc.
· High proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
· Imaginative problem-solving skills with resolve to see technical issues through to completion.
· Driven team player with a strong desire to exceed expectations.
· Excellent English written and oral communication skills
· Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

· Digital campaign set-up and trafficking within ad server (DCM, DV360, Google Ads, Centro, etc). Including generating and testing ad tags for campaign launches.
· Review and testing of digital creative assets to ensure creative adheres to technical specifications.
· Manage QA process of campaign and creative details and troubleshoot issues that affect implementation, tracking or reporting
· Communicate with clients to ensure the proper set-up and deployment of campaigns.
· Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure full delivery and client KPIs are met
· Oversee and maintain regular reporting on campaign performance and share regular updates with key stakeholders
· Identify opportunities within the account for up selling and cross-selling and work closely with the Account Executive on proposals for new business.
