The Ad Operations team is the backbone of our activity and we need passionate and reliable team players to ensure smooth campaign management from start to finish. As our AdOps Manager you will work with the sales team, partners and all clients to launch and manage campaigns flawlessly.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Media Planning or digital campaign management.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Working knowledge of ad tech platforms like Google Ad Manager, VOLUUM, PropellerAds, Looker Studio, etc.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable using platforms such as Asana or Google Workspace.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and a passion for performance marketing and sports media.
  • Google Ad Manager certification or an equivalent is a plus.
  • Preferably Europe based.
  • Fluent in English, all other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and manage digital marketing campaigns across a wide range of international sports websites and plattforms.
  • Monitor live campaigns using tools like ReachEffect, VOLUUM, PropellerAds and Google Sheets.
  • Analyze performance metrics (CTR, viewability, conversions) and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
  • Verify advertising materials and ensure compliance with format and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, clients and publishing partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery and clear communication.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to tags, creatives, and scripts in collaboration with the IT teams.
  • Maintain accurate records for publishers and verify invoicing for campaign margins.
  • Provide clients and internal teams with clear, insightful reports and campaign updates.
