To thrive in this role, you’ll need: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and the ad technology industry Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and ad ecosystem players (SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, Ad Exchanges) Hands-on experience with campaign trafficking and optimization across display and search platforms Proficiency with cost models like CPM, vCPM, CPC, CPCV, and CPA Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting Bonus points if you have: Experience with platforms such as Taboola Ads, Google Ad Manager, Google Ads, TTD, Outbrain, Amobee, and video ad servers like SpringServe Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools How you’ll make an impact: As an Ad Operations Specialist you’ll bring value by: Setting up, managing, and optimizing display and video ad campaigns to meet performance goals Conducting QA checks to ensure flawless campaign execution Collaborating with internal teams to improve client satisfaction and campaign results Analyzing campaign data, preparing performance reports, and offering data-driven insights Troubleshooting technical and operational issues related to ad serving platforms Staying informed on industry trends and tools to enhance efficiency and execution quality Why Taboola?
