We’re looking for a Digital Ad Operations Specialist who combines attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a drive to improve how things work with a passion for efficiency, automation, and AI-driven tools. In this role, you won’t just deploy and optimize digital campaigns, you’ll also help transform how they’re delivered by identifying inefficiencies and applying smart tools to solve them. You’ll reduce manual work, generate better insights, and help modernize how our team works.
WHAT YOU OFFER
· Traffic, monitor, and optimize digital ad campaigns using multiple systems and tools, ensuring they align with required targeting criteria and client expectations across national and local campaigns.
· Provide regular updates to Sales, Revenue Ops, and other internal stakeholders on campaign status, delivery issues, and performance insights. Generate and manage insertion orders (IOs), Proof of Performance (POP) reports, and other delivery documentation with a focus on accuracy and automation.
· Build and maintain automated dashboards and reporting to track campaign performance, delivery status, and performance analytics.
· Use AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Excel Copilot, Python scripts) to automate routine tasks, streamline workflows, and accelerate reporting.
· Ensure the data validity and accuracy across internal systems
· Participate in special projects, assignments, and administrative duties as needed.
