We are seeking an experienced Ad Sales Representative to join India Global Selling (INGS). INGS empowers individuals and businesses to expand their reach to customers worldwide. Since inception, Amazon India has enabled over $20B in global exports, helping businesses, exporters, D2C brands, and entrepreneurs scale their products to international markets. The candidate will help scale our growing ads adoption & optimization for INGS seller partners, serving as a strategic partner to advertisers and driving measurable business outcomes. You'll be the trusted consultant who translates advertiser goals into winning campaigns, delivers data-driven insights, and unlocks revenue growth by improving ASIN discoverability. Key job responsibilities - Partner with sellers, business teams, and other internal Amazon stakeholders to drive seller success and increase satisfaction through ads optimization - Grow sellers' businesses by being the ads expert develop deep understanding of Amazon's advertising products, proprietary metrics, and growth opportunities - Identify opportunities to drive incremental revenue and long-term growth across the seller portfolio - Improve overall ads adoption for INGS and drive the right inputs with business teams to deliver topline growth - Conduct ads education sessions for the mass pool of INGS sellers to familiarize them with various advertising properties and the impact of ads on business performance - Partner with global teams to improve overall discoverability of INGS brands through strategic placement opportunities - Support business teams in driving ads adoption among new seller partners and exporters entering international markets - Apply strong project management skills to drive process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and campaign delivery - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share learnings, surface best practices, and contribute to the continued scaling of the Advertising program within INGS A day in the life This role will play a critical part in scaling and expanding our ads adoption & optimization within India Global Selling. You'll partner with business teams to improve ads adoption among existing and new sellers, and collaborate with global teams to unlock discoverability for INGS brands. You'll conduct ads education sessions for sellers, consult with cross-functional partners to drive the right inputs for topline growth, and analyze campaign metrics to develop recommendations that fuel long-term advertiser success. An ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, analytical, autonomous, and drives cross-functional collaboration with effective communication skills.
