Job Description    * Lead the design, development, and ownership of next-generation Ad-Tech platforms to drive digital monetization and revenue growth. * Define and execute Ad-Tech strategy, including CDP, DSP, and SSP ecosystems, to enable scalable advertising solutions. * Build and optimize ad inventory and monetization models across digital assets to maximize yield and partner value. * Drive end-to-end launch of Ad-Tech products in collaboration with internal teams and global technology partners. * Establish and manage strategic partnerships with Ad-Tech platforms, ensuring seamless integration and business alignment. * Leverage data platforms and customer insights to build advanced audience segmentation and targeted advertising capabilities. * Lead data-driven experimentation, performance measurement, and optimization of advertising strategies and user engagement. * Ensure strong product governance, documentation, and stakeholder alignment for all Ad-Tech initiatives and releases. * Drive agile project execution, bridging product, engineering, and partner teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. * Build and lead a high-performing Ad-Tech team, fostering innovation, technical excellence, and a strong ownership culture. * Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and monetization narratives for Ad-Tech solutions, effectively communicating value propositions to internal stakeholders, partners, and advertisers. * Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to support client acquisition, revenue growth, and commercialization of Ad-Tech products. * Oversee end-to-end operations management of Ad-Tech platforms, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, inventory allocation, billing, and performance tracking. * Establish and optimize operational processes, SLAs, and workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and service quality. * Monitor operational KPIs and implement continuous improvements to ensure high platform reliability, partner satisfaction, and revenue assurance. Academic Qualification * BSc in CSE/BBA Job Experience Required * 7-8 years of experience within AD-Tech & Similar Industry Required Capabilities * Good understanding of the telecommunication industry, Different component on AD Tech, market and environment Sound knowledge of Digital Products, Carrier Bill * Sound Enterprise SaaS experience with web portal, browser extensions, email plugins, SDK, and possible server integrations * Sound Experience working with AdTech Platforms –CDP, DSP, SSP, SDK, ZIP, Wrong Call Routing etc  * Sound Experience working on social media, affiliate platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitter etc.) * Sound Experience working with external partners & agencies * Sound Understanding of Ad technologies and capabilities of integrations within the ecosystem * Sound Understanding of data capture and analysis tools * Sound Experience with regulations like GDPR, CCPA etc. and how they impact parts of a Marketing Technology Stack * Sound Experience working in a global, cross-functional team is a plus * Good Understanding of other MarTech tools and capabilities that intersect with AdTech Platforms (SFMC etc.) * Project management skills and attention to details - Seasoned in managing timelines, delivery, dependencies, communication across teams * Ability to create and deliver compelling sales pitches and value propositions for Ad-Tech solutions. * Experience supporting revenue growth and client acquisition in collaboration with sales teams. * Strong capability in end-to-end operations management, including campaign execution, inventory, billing, and reporting. * Ability to optimize operational processes, workflows, and SLAs for efficiency and scalability. * Proficiency in tracking KPIs, performance, and revenue metrics to drive continuous improvement. * Good commercial acumen > > Banglalink Digital Communications is one of Bangladesh’s leading telecom and > digital service providers, committed to transforming the way people connect, > communicate, and innovate.
