Description
Your responsibilities will include: Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities and proposing solutions for continuous process improvement across the ADAS organization to accelerate our already strong culture of quality, efficiency, and excellence. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field. 4+ years of professional experience in automotive project or program management. 2+ years of professional experience in a Systems Engineering or related technical role. Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field. Deep, applied knowledge of Systems Engineering principles, including Design, Failure Mode Analysis (FMEA), Requirements Atomization, and Traceability. In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Ford's Global Product Development System (GPDS), understanding its phases, deliverables, and role in accelerating product development. Experience in Automotive Electronic Control Modules (ECU) and Sensor Design. Proficiency in Systems Modeling and Requirements Management tools such as MagicDraw and Jama. Proficiency in Agile project management and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
